Smith and Wesson model 6906 will be smaller than the 19, and very concealable, and still give you 13 rounds of 9mm +p.
They will be in the $400 or less range.

The fine, reliable little 6906 has my enthusiastic recommendation also. You just can't go wrong with a Smith third generation rendition imo.

What is the felt weight of the 6906? One of the OP's criteria was weight?

I found Weight:
1.46 lbs (.67 kg) Smith
1.31 lbs (.595 kg) Glock 19

but I'm not sure if thats loaded, or if the ammo amount 12+1 vs 15+1 is comperable in the OP's mind.
