I am looking and really am impressed with Bravo company. BCM seems to be a company of high quality and is what I want to go with with the upper reciever. The lower receiver, I like stag arms. The problem I am having, is that I live in New Jersey and we are not permitted to having certain features. For example, flash hider, colapsable stock, bayonet lug, ect.. Does Bravo make upper recievers in M4 styles that would be legal in NJ? Also what else is required to order other than the upper and lower to make a complete gun. Im new to this so give me a break.
