Low-End .22 Rifles

My first was a Remington 552 BDL, it hung up quite a bit but I still shot it a lot. Bought a Marlin 60 years later which runs like a top, it shoots about 1" groups with CCI standard vel at 50yd.

I got a Marlin that shoots minute of Squirrel out to 75 yards . My other is a 512 Remington that was NIB when I got it 1987. Sipes Gun Shop set it up with Weaver Steel Bases and Rings with a 40 mms wide view Tasco scope. I used to be able to cover 10 rounds with a quarter at 100 yards!
