With all the recent threads, and conflicting opinions in weapon lights, night sights, handhelds, I thought a little challenge might prove to be....enlightening.
Not a contest, but a simple challenge to get out and shoot your hd gun in low light/no light situations. I dont care if it is handgun, shotgun, carbine....or whatever.
Grab your bedside or hd gun and light combo, and find somewhere to safely shoot in the dark. I know that may not be so easy for some as it is for me in my location.
My weapon and light both functioned perfectly. I was quite pleased with my gear. My shooting, however, not so much. I forgot that my SR9C shoots behind the front sight instead of my usual 6 o'clock hold.
Ruger SR9C
Synderay rail mounted compact light (not recommended)
15yds
Offhand
10 shots
In the dark.
Post a pic of your gun/light combo, whatever it may be.
If you can get out and shoot, post a pic of your target too.
