lowest recoil 9mm, cheap?

I am looking for the lowest recoil 9mm cartridge for my wife to practice with. I also would like something cheap. Anyone know of a good factory load for this?

I think that any 115grn FMJ will kick very little. There is the Low Recoil Hydrashocks, but they are not very cheap.

wwb 115 gr fmj is pretty mild. out of any medium or fullsize gun the recoil is very very mild. also, it is one of the cheapest rounds you can buy. a little less then $13.00 at wal-mart.

Cartridge - wwb or reloads.
Gun - CZ SP-01......Lots of weight to soak up that recoil and very nose heavy to reduce muzzle rise.

I'd also have to say the world famous "WWB" would fit the bill.

The pistol for the lowest recoil would have a longer barrel and a decent heft.
