Only until he's shooting only HK's from now on , then CZ's , then Brownings , then Springfields ... hopefully there will be a Langdon Tactical Hi Point before he retires from the sport
You should be able to get both parts directly from BUSA. The competition or skeletonized hammer is a standard part for EliteII series of guns and I think Vertec comes with the short trigger.
I was also about to send my 96G off for the trigger job. At least I got a steel guide rod before he went out of business. Any other nationally-acclaimed Beretta smiths out there that can do it? We don't have many gunsmiths in my area.
Swapping the hammer spring for D model spring is about 80% of the needed trigger work, you can get them from BUSA, and BUSA does 'smith work on the 92/96...
