I have an M&P40 and like it but will be switching to 9mm and am pretty interested in the FNS9 as well. There are a few brief comparisons online but are all a least a few years old. I was wondering if now that the fns has a bit longer track record there is anything else to tell?
Both will be kept pretty much stock except for a possible sight change on either and an apex kit and stipple job (or talon grips) on the m&p so aftermarket support isnt really an issue.
I will try to get to a rental range to shoot the fns but i am looking for opinions from those who have or have shot both and hear about which they liked more and why.
I also like the VP9 but am not to keen on the magazine release. I would probably pick one up if they changed that though.
I have a couple glocks but I really dont like the grip angle or the feel with the grip force adapter.
Reliability and accuracy are the most important things to me followed by felt recoil and overall feel.
Thanks for the input.
