You are aware this is a firearms forum, right? Not sure where some of you currently reside, but even in my liberal side of this state, OC is not uncommon at all, and I'm pretty sure most of the folks I see engaging in this practice are (1) not ignorant, (2) have some training and (3) seem to be OCing in a responsible manner (i.e., low-key, decent rig choice, not in-your-face, not trying to draw attention, etc.).I think people who open carry are ignorant. It makes you more vulnerable not safer.
What I do consider ignorant is labeling someone who's made a choice to practice something that is perfectly legal, especially without knowing them, or their motives. That's the kind of crap we expect from the other side. We can do better.
