From page 1:
A nearby resident, however, said that teenagers would hang out in front of the house and taunt people walking by.

"They were talking at people, making jokes at people," said Tracey Cooper, 40, the block captain of the 4900 block of D Street. She did not know the teens except that they began to gather at the house after a family moved there a few months ago.

the guy was probably pissed his once nice and quiet neighborhood was now infested with a disrespectful kid that would taunt and make fun of him everytime he tried to take a walk. i have no sympathy for people like this related or not. if hes 16 years old then he should know better than to act like an immature dumb**** and throw snowballs at people who arent his friend and pick fights with people unless he wants to suffer consequences.

both were wrong in my book. at 16 its time to start acting like a mature adult and knock off the kiddie bull**** cuz its not cute anymore and you will be dealt with like a man. the guy with the gun did go over the line by pluggin him in the head though.

Sig, I see what you are saying, but every neighborhood has one of those kids. I'm not saying it's right or it's wrong, but every neighborhood has one. Do all those kids deserve to be shot? I'm sure alot of kids today are still pretty immature at the age of 16. It's hard imagine them growing out of it if we have vigilantes roaming the streets waiting to pop them over a snowball.
