There's a minigun right up the road, not sure if its a GE or what mfg. So, there's at least one in civie hands.

Because of the weapon used, a .762 caliber Gatling gun mounted on the back of a Humvee - State Police say an explosives specialist unit out of the area has been called in.

Anyhow, a sad incident to be sure.
