BREAKING NEWS -- Martha Stewart GUILTY...

...and when the news showed coverage of this "event" at the NYC Federal Courthouse, I noticed all the uniformed USMS (US Marshal Service) Police Officers appeared to be packing revolvers!

That's right, the good old wheel gun!

:p :what: :p

At least for me, in our current world of American police with M16s, AR15s, MP5s, and high-cap semi-autos, it's good to see that the trusty revolver still has an active role in modern law enforcement!

:D :neener: :D

Heck, yeah.

"Rusty the Bailiff" on the People's Court always packed a wheelgun. That's enough proof for me.

Rusty was the Man.

But they should never have gone after MS. The whole thing was a groteque waste of taxpayer money. Yet another example of a prosecutor out of control. Some one needs to beat those people with a tire iron. They cut sweet-heart deals with Enron types, then go after Martha for acting on a hot tip even after their insider trading case dissolves.

We have not been benefitted by this case. And a lot of people are about to lose their jobs because of it. Well done.

My opinion of GW's administration just went down another notch. The jerk can rig a deal with Microsoft in short order, but doesn't have the brass ones to stop this nonsense.

In other news, it is now illegal to make a decision which might cause you to gain financially or save yourself from bankruptcy.

I'm no fan of Martha Stewart, but this whole thing has been nothing but a farce from the start.

Oh, and this is kinda OT. If you wanna discuss the sidearms carried by the coppers, the handgun forum is thattaway --->
