Okay, ocharry is right. This thread needs pictures. And I'll post one of the "new" 445 just as soon as I unwrap it! ;)

I want to see that 33, 788Ham.

I bought a pair of HK USP 45's. One a full size, one compact, each with a holster and several spare mags. Never owned an HK before, pretty impressed with them so far.

This is what I got for myself for Christmas even though I won't be able to get it out of lay-away untill spring. It's a 5" S&W, Schofield (Wells Fargo model) in .45 Colt caliber by Uberti/Stoger.

10mm, when you care enough to send the very best.

My parents gave me money around thanksgiving for my birthday(Nov.) and Christmas so i could spend it on Black Friday, I didn't see anything I wanted so I waited for the gunshow to come around and bought myself a NIB Taurus PT92 AFS

Sadly, I haven't been able to shoot it yet :fire:

I got myself a 50" Flat Panel Panasonic TV...

And S&W M&P 45C

oh, I also got 2 pairs of Danner boots...

Merry Christmas to me

I'm just getting coal, but I figure with a little potassium nitrate and some sulphur I can make black powder :)

I haven't bought anything for myself, but I did get to pick out my present, so that's kind of the same thing.

Oddly enough a G20 caliber conversion barrel (10mm to 40 S&W) and four boxes of ammo.

My wife and I cut through the guesswork this year and set a cash limit. She spent hers at the jewelry store. I bought a Crimson Trace for my LCP and two Beretta 92 mags.

A few weeks back, I got a Taurus 24/7 OSS in 45 ACP. Calling that my Christmas gift.

Ya'll have a great Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

A few weeks ago my neighbor gave me a 1938 Mossberg 46b .22 s-l-lr (he got it in a multi-gun multi-person trade) that needed a complete bolt assembly, sights and some screws. That soaked up about $125.

Got myself several boxes of shotgun shells of different varieties to try out the new SG the wife got me, which is under the tree. She asked, "What's that?" I said, "Well, I gotta feed it, so you got me some ammo, too.":D

No gun for Christmas this year. I'm gonna see what cash I get and plan on getting some combination of two of the following: new turret press, Crossbreed supertuck holster, or pay the class & fee to get a Utah non-res CCW.

In the last few weeks i picked up a S&W Nickel 29-3 44 mag and a S&W 66-3 .357. So for christmas i picked up a hogue grip for the 66 and a trigger job for the 29. I think it was a pretty good gift.

I got a WASR GP 10/63 and 100 rounds of ammo for Christmas. I haven't got to shoot it yet, but I did get to inspect it before purchase and was very pleased. Can't wait to shoot it!

My Christmas shopping done, I got myself a Limbsaver recoil pad and a box of 30-30. The Marlin 336C I won't be able to order for another few weeks, but it'll be great when I do have it...

The recoil pad wasn't intended for the Marlin, but for something else I thought I would be getting. But I'll probably put it on just for the heck of it.

Discovered sporting clays late last Fall, but had to borrow an O/U shootie from a buddy to do it... my Mossberg 590 just seemed out of place at the Trap & Skeet club. :D

So... there'll be a brand spankin' new Browning Citori awaiting me tomorrow morning. On a different note, and relating to my other obsession - woodworking - I treated myself to a Leigh dovetail jig recently. Actually, it's a bit gun-related as well. My Winter project this year is building new cabinets in our utility room - the space that serves as my gun room. I plan lots and lots of drawers for mags, holsters, and various "stuff" - hence the dovetail jig.

Sounds nice, PAshooter! I've only played around with woodworking thus far. I'm holding off on investing in a good shop until closer to retirement; just don't have the time at this point.

As promised, photo of said Taurus 445 that kicked this thread off. Sorry for the poor quality pic; I'll see if I can do better in the next day or two.

Thanks, Legionnaire. I've got the shop and the tools, but am really quite the noob when it comes to woodworking. The cabinet project will be my first serious attempt at actually building something you might call furniture. Figure it'll be a good skill builder before proceeding with some more ambitious projects. :)
