I have a ar 15 with an Eotech cowitnessing the irons. However, last time I was at the range I was just using irons, and I was wondering if anyone here can recommend a much smaller hole for the rear sight? Or if there is an insert out there that I can put inside the small hole in the sight to make it smaller? I think that my groups could tighten up considerably if I had a smaller hole to look through while focusing on the front sight. Any info or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!:p

What BUIS do you currently have? Is the rear sight a dual aperture?

Yes, the rear sight is a dual aperture. It is the stock flip up sight that came with the gun. It is a stag model 2 if that helps.

knights and matech both sell expensive flip up rear sights that are adjustable for elevation and windage to 600 yrds, iirc
