mossberg 385kb c-lect choke

i have a mossberg 385kb 20 ga . its a nice clean bolt action gun that takes up to 3in shells.

there is no choke on the end of the gun . but the barrel is marked "c-lect choke"

there are no threads on the end of the barrel and there is a right on the end of the barrel ?

any ideas why it would be marked "c-lect" choke and theres no choke on it ?

The C-Lect was an external-dial choke on the end of the barrel.

It was not really popular; if yours is missing it was probably cut off by someone who didn't like it, meaning the gun has no choke.
