Mossberg Persuader Stock

The pistol grip looks cool but I question how useful it actually is. The notion that one just points in the general direction and it will hit and disable the target is a fantasy. Every shotgun needs to be shot and the pattern carefully looked at, all ammo will pattern differently. I want something that can be shot from the shoulderand aimed, can always hip shoot it if the situation required. The Knox stock is a good one and still has the cool factor

I have noticed quite a few places online selling an 8-shot Mossberg Persuader with the pistol grip for $269 to $289. This seems like a good deal. However, it's unclear to me if the shotgun also comes with a conventional stock? If not, is it difficult to add? Any suggestions?

Thanks for any input!

One thing of note. To get a proper sight picture on the ghost rings with a knoxx stock i had to use an ati 1/2" stock drop spacer.

I tried the ATI Talon Tactical and it does not reduce recoil hardly at all.
