That would be advisable as, the last three times I renewed my FOID, DESPITE my sending them a more recent picture, they used the one from the DL.

Hondo, you can buy Tannerite and it's derivatives on Ebay and have it shipped to your home. Apparently Ebay does not know what is in Tannerite?
Hmmm... can you have primers and powders shipped to you in Illinois? I would think faxing a copy of your FOID to the seller would be sufficient to get delivery.
