Multiple gun sales

I'am thinking about getting my FFL and been studying the FFL Regulatons. I thought that if a person buys 2 firearms within 5 bussiness days it has to be reported on the 3310 form. I had an FFL holder that it is 2 with in a 30 day period. Any advice? The Regs. I read are supposed to be current.

Federal law is two or more handguns within five consecutive business days, 27CFR 478.126a.
