I am just wrapping up my first AR build but have some worries.
I have a Spike's biohazard billet lower with Magpul MIAD, Magpul UBR, Noveske BCG, Vltor MUR with forward assist, Troy folding rear tritium DOA battlesight and EoTech EXPS3-0 tan HWS and I just ordered a DD full barrel assembly and I am looking at the 9" Omega DD handguard and the Vltor CASV-EL and I plan to Co-Witness but I am worried the CASV will make the rear sight and the exps to high to line up with the FSB and with the omega rail I am kind of worried the MUR will be too high for the DD handguard so I am at an impass. HELPP:banghead:

The MUR will work with any DD rail. It is on the same plane as DD rails. FWIW, I would recommend that you look at the OmegaX or AR15 LITE Rail as opposed to the Omega, but I understand the convenience of basically a drop-in system. I run a MUR with a DD AR-15 LITE Rail, and it's a perfect fit.
My next build will utilize the VLTOR VIS polylithic upper.

The VLTOR CASV attaches to both your delta ring assembly and also clamps onto the upper receiver top rail. The upper clamp does not extend all the way to the rear. It leaves enough room on the upper receiver rail for folding BUIS. However, understand that only certain BUIS will work. It was designed for Troy BUIS, but ARMS, Diamondhead and PRI sights will also work. The issue with CASV rails is that they do not work out well if you want to co-witness an optic with the sights. One company makes a mount designed to allow an Aimpoint M2/M3 or T1 to cowitness, but I can't remember which one it is. I have another SBR with a CASV-M (uses ARMS #40L rear BUIS and VLTOR front flip-up sight), and LaRue told me that their HK660 mount for the T1 would give me a lower 1/3 co-witness, but it didn't. I can't use my irons with it. It's not a big deal since I don't run with my sights up anyways. How this will translate to an EOTech, I couldn't say.

Notice below how the rear sight is located behind the rail attachment section, and mounted onto the upper:
