After moving into a smaller house and downsizing everything , I had to get a new desk. The harbor freight workbench was the perfect size for my room but I needed a strong mount for my Dillon 550. Unfortunately none of my local retailers had one in stock. While sitting in my garage sulking I found a piece of stainless steel sheet metal my brother had left behind. A couple of hours later I finished my DIY strong mount. With the HF desk screwed to the wall and the floor my press is rock solid. I celebrated by replenishing my stock of .44mag.
The flat black paint covered up most of the ugly. The funny part is my apparent lack of planning. Its 1/2" too short. The handle nut hit the table. Now it sits on a little pine board for added height! Its not an art project, but its solid enough to stand on! Now for the bullet tray and maybe an LED light kit!!
