My 870P has plenty of wear marks from several years and miles of vibrating in a vehicle rack. It also has been modified somewhat from it's original look but works just fine.

Your shotgun looks great. I am thinking of getting one of those or a Mossberg. At first when you listed Purdy, I thought you meant a Purdey Shotgun as in James Purdey and Sons
