In no particular order:

Sig P238

Ruger SR9

Ruger GP-100

Beretta NEOS (I loves me some .22 pistols, though my good ol' MkII will always be my #1)

NAA Mini-Revolver.

Ruger SP101 - 3 1/16-belt or smart carry rural sd

7. oh yeah, a Freedom Arms 97, .45 colt

that was 5 plus 2 to grow on. :)

Glock 22
Glock 36
Taurus CIA 650 Blue w/Crimson Trace
Taurus 454 B8
Rock River Tacked out AR to go with my lightweight one

Not too much on my list of "Must Have" any more. I realized that as romantic as some guns are, the practical aspect of ammo costs and "How many guns does a fella need" has tempered much of my initial gun fervor. I'd like to get the following over the next 10ish years though:

Ruger Single Six/Bearcat
Double-Barrel Shotgun for skeet/trap

Beyond that, MAYBE a S&W Model 10 as the prices actually look sane, but by the time I get around to getting on they'll probably have climbed.

Maybe a CZ Kadet kit if the prices ever come back down to earth. (I have serious issues paying $400ish bucks when I can get a dedicated .22 pistol for that price) I dream that they'll drop down to $200, but that's probably optimism.

Desert Eagle 9mm (steel frame)

S&W 1006

Freedom Arms Model 97

T/C Encore or Contender in 22 Hornet

S&W Model 617

I decided yesterday (after I posted) that a Savage Striker in some chambering is going to move up to the top 5 and bump something down. But what caliber......

Good question for me, since I'm getting back into shooting and am trying to decide where to start:

Guns I'm looking at:

Glock 23, which is what I'd like to use to get into IDPA.

Glock 27, although I'm tempted by the Ruger and Taurus .380s: I don't know that I'll need to carry much, but I'd carry more if it was a fairly light and small piece even though the calibers don't really compare.

A Taurus 65 B4 or a 44 Tracker 4B for backwoods use, still deciding on the caliber.

A Beretta 92 or a S&W 5906, I've owned both in the past and loved them, fun guns to shoot and 9mm is comparatively cheap for practice ammo. The fact that the 5906 is discontinued is swaying me toward the Beretta.

A .22LR, still trying to decide on a Taurus 5" barrel revolver or one of the inexpensive S&W pistols, for regular (and cheap) practice.

1. Dan Wesson CCO (if I can ever find one)
2. S&W Model 29 Classic
3. Dan Wesson Razorback 10mm

That's all I've got on the list. It's been a pretty good gun buying year.

1) EAA witness .45/.22lr
2) *maybe someday* FN 5.7
3) ..
4) ..
5) ..

Really I think I've got my bases covered pretty well otherwise. Now rifles/shotguns however... There's a place where there's plenty of room for improvement!

Microtech Archangel
Ruger LCR
NAA Mini
A 1911 of some sort
.22lr semi auto Browning or Ruger, something reliable

On Order:
S&W 686 six inch with fiberoptic front sight for my dad. Selling his 617 to part finance it.
S&W 686 SSR for myself. Selling My IPSC race gun to finance it.

Potentially:
CZ SP01 Shadow
S&W 66 no dash or S&W 15 ( I have been offered both).
S&W 627 PC

I only have a Lignose on my pistol list to get. Have all I want.
Want some more Mauser Rifles to add to my collection 2010

For me to answer this thread its title should be "My 5 handguns" as i hope to only have a 5 gun collection for ccw.Plus a .22 or two.
Im at the point now i have 4 of the five,so i only have "My next handgun"
Oddly enough i have no darn clue what it will be,i figure ill know it when i see it and will feel it in my gut that its the 5th gun i need.

Im on a low income fixed budget and even owning this many guns is a miracle to me,i cant save money up for purchases for crap. But ive done well and getting the 5th shouldn't be hard, but since i don't have money i can waste i have to be sure on what i buy.
I havent decided for sure or not,but once my 5 gun limit is reached i may make it a requirement to have to trade off or sell a gun to make room for a new one.
Reason is my main goal is ccw and i don't see how owning over 5 guns for that is truly needed. But ill see how that goes when the time comes as i cant even think about getting rid of any i own now, even to add a new one.

I did trade off a G20c which was the gun that got me back into handguns a few months back when i realized i wanted too ccw and that gun wasn't gonna work for that.So i traded it for a sub compact .45

My next and 5th gun i can guess at tho just from the ideas ive been kicking around in my head.
3" 1911 or Detonics Combat Master
Sig 239
HK p2ksk .40
KT p32
G29 with .40 conversion barrel for targets.

1. Sig p226 in .357sig
2. Ruger LCP
3. Full sized 1911
4. S&W .44 mag
5. Colt SA revolver

Might change my mind with: Beretta 92fs or a Glock somewhere in there

Taurus 94 2" snub
Taurus pt92/99
1911-not sure what manufacture, maybe rock island?
Ruger blackhawk .357
EAA witness; steal, not plastic, in 9mm

or might consider a mil-surplus one like a cz52, cz82 or tokarev?
