I'll add more wallpaper-quality photos soon, probably for the Walther P99, Walther P5 Compact, HK P7M8, HK P7 PSP, and HK USP357 Compact. Bookmark it and stay tuned over the next few weeks.

Lunde .... you have some fine pics . very nice indeed .. but may I make an observation .. don't take it as other than constructive crit'

I work on web design ... and i was struck by how slow the download was ... of what were meant to be large thumbnail images. I gave up b4 even 3 were down!

When I ''inspected'' one . it appears that you simply downsized them for their display but left the actual file size large! This one I looked at was 720 x 540 and 162K !!!!!!!

I appreciate the larger pics obtained on click thru need to be large but ... these small ones need sized .. then they would be maybe only 10k each .. and download would be good speed.

I use dial up still on purpose . every page I build has to download sensibly at my ''steam driven'' speed ..... even on broadband your page there would seem a tad slow methinks.

As I say .. trying for constructive crit' here ...... people tend not to hang around for long if things too slow .. believe me!!

Thanks for the suggestion. I am using high-speed DSL, so I don't notice. I'll down-sample the photos to the actual size I am using for the thumbnails. I'll make that update in a couple of days (or later tonight if I find the time).

And, I am planning to add an impressive spread of HK P7 photos in a few days. The ones that I currently have suck. I have learned so much about photography techniques over the past year that I want to redo all of the P7 photos. I plan to focus on my hard-chromed P7 PSP and P7M8.

Thanks Lunde!

The G20 is resized to 1024 and on my desktop. I'd love to see a G21 too. Great photography, and simple, clean design. Looking forward to more Lundesign pics.

I'd like to see a huge assortment of cartridges, wouldn't you?

Thanks again.

I just made the change, but it won't go live until tomorrow (Monday) morning. The thumbnails are 10K or less each, so the page will load very fast now (well, starting tomorrow morning).

Someone asked about the camera I used. It is an Olympus C-3030 Zoom, which my wife bought for me over two years ago. But, it's not so much the camera, but rather the technique, meaning adequate control of the angle, lighting, focus, and exposure. And, I never, ever, use a flash. A flash destroys every shot.

I am planning to add Walther P99 and P5C photos by next weekend. I own four P99s, so this should be easy. I have some photos, but I want to take better ones.

Lunde mentioned the camera, 3 posts back! Olympus C-3030 Zoom.

You are right Lunde . flash ruins shots .. too much contrast and highlights burn out and shadows block up . daylight always best IMO . and sometimes use of a light ''tent'' to soften shadows works well too.

I have a 3 yr old Casio . zoom is digital so useless but . do use manual focus for gun pics and close ups .. works out OK.

I added HK P7 PSP, HK P7M8, HK P7M10, HK USP357 Compact, Walther P99 Military 9mm, and Walther P99 Military .40 Auto photos this morning. I set up my, er, uh, studio late last night to take some good photos.

So he mentioned it 15 minutes before I asked. Give me a break! I'm a slow typist and even slower thinker! :p

Thank you very much. I have been looking for some good pics of the p7's for wallpaper, especially the m10. Very excellent:D
