Finally received my rifle after over 3 months. Action/receiver fully trued, barrel chamber re-cut, re-crowned, and a trigger job. I took it out with a box of $17 cheap wal-mart ammo because I just setup a different reloading bench. Kept it tight around 1/2-3/4 in a 3 shot group prone. Not bad. I have some Sierra's loaded up at 41.5/ 42.5/ and 43.6 of IMR4895 with Winchester brass. OAL 2.80. If you have any suggestions as to a specific recipe let me know please. Just wanted to share. Also this "WoTac" scope I wasn't too sure about, but let me tell you it's worth every penny until I get a NF.

R700 SPS/308
B&C Medalist
WoTac 4x14
EGW Picatinny
Burris XTR 30mm
Harris 9-13

Hey Blackops, nice rig! Is that B&C A3 hook, how do you like it, did you ever use B&C A2 stock? as far as recipe try Varget 42 grains of it with 168 gr SMK, but you have to find your sweet spot usually its like 0.015 off the lands. Also try IMR 4064 43 grains and 155 grain SMK or Palma. Back to the stock I'm thinking to get on for myself but I'm in between A2 and A3, I just think from the pictures that A2 is more comfortable to hold trigger with its pistol grip. So how's grip on A3 for you, is the hook really help?

Dim, it is the hook. I really like the stock even though I haven't really found myself to prefer utilizing the hook with my off hand. The stock is very solid and for the money one of the best IMO. I would compare it to HS, but would put Manners and Mcmillan easily above it. IMO there isn't really much difference between the A2 and A3. Obviously the A2 has the wider forend which would be ideal for BR. As for the grips the A2 is just slightly a more vertical angle. Either way your going to be happy with your choice I'm sure.
