I consider my Kimber Micro 9 to be my personal defence weapon. I bought some 9mm ARX for it.I have that S&W Shield. I sort of love it and hate it. I consider it one of my “least” hand guns. But. The BUT is that it fires everything I load into it. I do not want to love it, but I absolutely love the reliability. My “better” handguns have not been as reliable. So I have a love hate real with my Shield. I’d love to hate it, but it delivers every time I pull the trigger. I reload and I have made some basic minor reloading errors. My Shield does not care. It goes bang. My “better” guns have gone click. I put the same reload bullet in my Shield and it goes Bang. The Shield is a very reliable handgun.
You made a good purchase.
Looks to be a great buy, especially with all those mags. Remember, when putting the slide back on the gun, do not depress the grip safety while doing so.I consider my Kimber Micro 9 to be my personal defence weapon. I bought some 9mm ARX for it.
The S&W M&P Shield EZ is going to be my going to the range with my buddies gun.The fact that it came with 5 magazines helped me make that call.
Plus who would waste ARX on paper targets?
At $40 for 25 rounds?
Thanks for that tip as an old revolver guy I've yet to experience having to break a gun down to clean it with revolvers it was a piece of cake you could almost do with your eyes closed. But that's okay I'm looking forward to learningLooks to be a great buy, especially with all those mags. Remember, when putting the slide back on the gun, do not depress the grip safety while doing so.
