I'm looking for a new handgun for frequent carry and frequent friendly competition. I've narrowed it down to:
CZ PO-1,
Springfield 1911 GI 4",
Springfield XD9,
Ruger P345,
Glock 19.
It's taken me three months to come up with this list and now I'm completely lost. The price difference isn't an issue between these. I like the way the Ruger fits in my hand, just a little better than the CZ and the XD. My fingers are on the short and stubby side and the Glocks just don't fit comfortably. I do have experience shooting 1911's, it's been awhile but I don't remember being uncomfortable with it. So...so lost.

Well I like my Ruger P345 cause I have small hands and it fits me very well.

I carry it and it also goes to the range with me and it's very accurate. I like it because it conceals very well and I'm really skinny. LOL...

Thats a strange list being that their so varied. Usually I can break it down to two guns. The one that seems like the smartest choice and the one that inspires me to improve my life. I usually go for the latter first and the former later which I never regret although I do sometimes the latter. Of course I over think it sometimes but usually one will seem more glamorous than the rest. Good luck

My feelings from bad to best
The Glock feels like a block
Ruger, nice gun, feels nice not shot one, bad politics
CZ nice reviews, the tang bites me.
Springfield XD9, nice gun, feels great, not shot one, lots of positive reviews,
1911, my choice.
