My SR9c has been good so far. The accuracy is excellent for its size. They do come from the factory with grease in the striker area. I cleaned this out before shooting it. Got to wonder if this doesn't have to do with the reports of light primer strikes.Ruger: SR9c looks nice, fits my hand pretty well, but hearing all kinds of horror stories about them. Do they have reliability issues?
Another one I like lately is the CZ P-07 Duty. Mine shoots very well.
While I like the ergonomics of the M&P a lot. The trigger on mine was a big disappointment out of the box. As was the loose fitting slide. I don't think I've bought a pistol since the 80s they had such a sloppy fitted slide.
