Hi
I carry a Glock27 as primary. I currently carry a KT P32 as a BUG but I want to switch to a revolver for my BUG. I am considering a 8 shot .22 magnum.
What do you recomend? Thanks:cool:

If its that scandium S&W I want one also!

I think they would be great for a secondary.

The heavier Taurs would be OK too.

I think its a great idea - Bill Jordan or one of the legends thought it would be ok.

If at all possible, I wouldn't downgrade further than the .32acp. Is the 8 shots of .22wmr really more powerful than 5rds of .38sp? (thinking S&W 642)

Do you carry a spare mag for the G27? A lightweight revolver will weigh about the same, but be less power than 9-10 rounds of .40sw.

Like E.T. says, it depends on your reason for the change in bug's.

I would not trust rimfire for my SD as I find ammo quality and reliable ignition two points which would not allow me to trust it completely. If you can find that elusive Colt Agent or Dick Special, go with that. if not, then drop down to a J frame or a SP,

As Pete stated, rimfire cannot be trusted to ignite reliably. Go with a centerfire. If you're used to the Keltec .32acp, why not get a P3AT? A .380 is a fine BUG caliber. Or if you're itching for a revolver then pick up an inexpensive J-frame revolver in .38spl. I've got a Smith&Wesson 637 that weighs almost nothing, dissappears in a pocket, and packs enough wallop with Corbon DPX +P's.
