I should point out that before I made this thread I was certain on the Knight's and then found myself flip-flopping between other guns such as the SCAR-17S, Noveske, and LMT. However, I would always find myself coming back to the KAC. Shortly after this thread ended, I decided that there was a reason I kept going back to the KAC and decided that that's what I want. Didn't look back and couldn't even if I wanted to. The hard part was done. Continuing saving for it was all I had left. Things went well and long and behold...
Got my first and only AR (well okay variant). Not the type who collects. I rather spend the little bit extra money and get what I want and use the heck out of it. Not much for collecting bunch of stuff when I can only use one at a time.
If I could only have one gun out of everything that is available on the market (even the autos. I prefer fast controlled semi shooting) it would be my KAC SR-15 E3. Soooo yeah. You could say I'm happy
ETA: Boy is it funny how things change. Re-reading this thread, I lol'd at my decision that I left this thread with. Anyhow, the rifle was decided right after this closed and has remain that way for the almost a year that it's been. All that is left is an EOTech XPS2-0 and VTAC sling. They can wait though as I'm in no rush. Aside from that, everything is set up the way I prefer (which is one of the main reason I chose the SR cause of the ambi, A2 grip, SOPMOD stock, included accessory pack, etc). I am using the KAC forgrip with a 6 RIB KAC panel in front and a 9 RIB panel on the left and right side. Even after the sight the rifle should be right at 8LBs which I wouldn't want anymore as I prefer light and functional.
Oh yeah love the 2 stage trigger. Already started nailing steel at 200M with the irons
