Not sure, caught ass end of Shooting Gallery, and heard about SOCOM weapon with this caliber.

I saw something on it on OLN. It was developed for an AR 15 and only the upper needs to be changed. The Mags will function correctly only at lower capacity, 10 or 12 in a mag. Yes it does have similar balistics as the original 45-70 as that round is around 110 years old, originally black powder.....
I don't remember what velocity or weights were involved but is was quite impressive for an AR.

Yeah, I saw the same episode and then priced some brass on Midway . . .OUCH . .and they didn't even have it in in stock!!
