Several months back, discussions were talking about that Hi-Point would retro fit their new stocks on you old model carbine for $60. It seemed that the demand for the new rifles, either kept them too busy to do this work. Has this changed yet. Granted the new stocks w/recoil pad/piston look much cooler, it's not going to change the function of this butt ugly rifle. Supposed to come out with a .45 carbine. I'd like to have one of those w/new stock, dependant on price.
