The full text of the Full Faith and Credit clause of the Constitution of the United States of America (that is, Article IV, Section 1) reads:
"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof."
Meaning that Congress shall have the power to determine exactly how that clause is applied. The only problem I have now is finding exactly which part of the USC or CFR specifies that FFC does not apply to CCW.
Alternatively, I would also like to see citations of FFC applying to driver's licenses and marriage certificates...
