Hello, everybody. I'm Jordan from Colorado Springs. I've been into guns for a long time but I've just recently started building my own collection. So far I have a WASR, a Tula SKS, a Yugo SKS (with the Tapco fusion system), two Mosins, and a 10/22. This forum looks great, I think I'll learn a lot here!
 
HELLo I am Tim from Phoenix AZ. I like precision Shooting and Ruger #1 rifles, I own several from Ruger .204 to 37h H&H magnum. They all have thier place. I love shooting varmits and paper too. I reload what I shoot and have never met a Ruger I didn't like!

Hi, been shooting since I was 12, supervised of course. Married 25 yrs, 2 kids 18,25. 1 dog. Colt Python .357, Marlin rifle .357, Marlin 45-70, Ruger Mini 14, Winchester .22 semi-auto, and the newest addition an M-1. I reload when i can. Well i've yapped enough. Great site.
 
Hello Everyone

Well it took me a little while to activate my account but I finally did it. I am a neewbie to this site but I participate in several other Firearm forums. I enjoy my rights to keep my guns. I have a small list that I already own and a very long list of those I need to buy. I shoot on a regular occasion, I belong to the club here at the local range, but more often than not I just walk out in the back yard and shoot to my heart's content. (which with the price of ammo is getting harder to do:mad:)

In the rest of my time I do some web design and some other computer stuff. I have created a couple websites endorsing guns/gunsmiths and am still working on more.

Hey All. I'm a 21 year old college senior from Wyoming. I go to school in South Dakota where a bill to allow lawful citizens to carry on campus just got voted down. I supported it, but was shocked by the ignorance of my fellow students. Having to participate in discussions over the bill in class was like talking to a bunch of brainwashed 15 year old Hillary Clintons.:banghead:people can't think for themselves anymore and don't care to try. Anyway, THR is the place for me. I love hunting and do it with a Remington 700 .243. I've got a Marlin .22, an old Ithica .22, a Savage .17, and Kel-Tec P-11 and a Walther P-22. I want a Marlin 1895 and a Sig 220 compact. Now you know me a little about me. Talk to you all later.:)

I am (currently) 32 years old, live in sweden and has a long standiing weaponsinterest. Fired my first shots with a firearm at roughly age 9-10 with a single shot .22 lr rifle on a pay per shot range.
Shot pistols .22lr from age 14 to age 20, never shot well enough to qualify for a license. Shot quite a bit AK5 (Swedish version of FN FNC, fully automatic 5.56mm assault rifle) during my 12 months military service (conscription in sweden). Joined the Swedish home defense at age 24 and had an AK4 (Swedish version of HK G3, fully automatic 7.62mm assault rifle) in my closet for six years and fired a cpuple thousand rounds with it, until lack of available time forced me to leave the home defense three years ago.
Am now looking into getting licensed to own hunting weapons, as well as to taking up shooting pistols again. I am also a passionate proponent of the right to own and bear arms, something that is quite restricted in Sweden. Owning a pistol is possible only for competition shooters. Getting a firearms license for defense purposes is impossible.
Seeing how ever more civil rights are threatened in Sweden i feel an increasing urgency in lobbying for the peoples right to own and bear every kind of weapon. In a free society the need to bear arm is limited, in the police state i feel we are heading to in this country the need of the citizen to own and bear effective arms are paramount.
I am a Taxi driver with some University education in fields such as Commercial law, social psychology, Pedagogics, Nuclear physics, feminist studies, litterature and some others.
 
Hey there everyone, I'm a Califonian native, born and raise, and yes our laws here suck, but that wont stop my love for long guns or hand guns. I've been shooting since a kid with my dad, but not until a few years ago, did I start getting heavily into shooting. As of now I own a Beretta 96 Brigadier, Ruger P345(my favorite gun), AR15, AR22(dedicated 22lr), AK74, AK47, Marlin 336, Winchester Classic 70. A few members of my family are LEO and a few in the military, so its always fun having them around at home and at the range.

Hello All; I live deep in the Ozark Mountains, just a few miles from where the F2 tornado hit on February 5th. I am older than most of the posters, retired military, and very concerned how our rights are slowly being stripped away, by disinterested groups. I have belonged to the NRA for many years, don't agree with all they do, but they are still the best thing we have.
Just stumbled onto this website today, but am enjoying it. Old Sarge

I am a 67 year young retired computer technician who likes to own handguns and drive around in my C4 Corvette.
I own a Browning BDA 380, S&W 40 cal. simi automatic 14x1, Accutech 380 simi
automatic, Ruger Blackhawk 357 mag revolver and a 25 cal simi auto pea shooter. Used to be an avid hunter, shooter in my younger years.
Anyone out there in my area of Florida, shout out.

Hello All...

I had seen several posts referring to info gleaned from THR on MDshooters.com. Had to find out for myself.

My interests are basically self defense and deer hunting. As such I have a pile of hand guns and two safes full of rifles. Possess carry permits from MD and FL. I carry every day.

Hailing from just outside of Baltimore in the Free State. Well I guess Free only applies if you're not referring to gun ownership, taxes or business regulation.

Oh, and I'm a flaming conservative, but not necessarily Republican. As far as I'm concerned Juan McCain can bite the log, but I'll probably have to vote for him anyhow.
 
hey folk, im a new member from eastern NC. i'm an avid deer hunter (we do it a little defferent here than most folks, run them with dogs) i love the shooting sport and the outdoors in general
