Highlights:
There has never been any kind of magazine restrictions in NM.
10 rounds and greater, not greater than 10 rounds; so a 10rd California glock won't even be legal.
No grandfather clause.
It's a felony to possess, buy, sell, bla, bla bla any magazine 10 rounds and greater.
Grants the state 1.5 million dollars to murder anyone who does not comply.
Can't tell for sure if it applies to detachable mags or anything with a fixed mag like a 22lr that holds 10 or more can't open acrobat reader at the moment, guess it needs an update.
Now some of the folks on here think that if you don't break the law you don't need a lawyer. Well sometimes the government tries to pass a law to turn you into a criminal.
