I've already heard and read a bunch of opinions. If it's not a rifle because the barrel is under 16 in and it's not a pistol because it has a fixed rifle stock or collapsible with a minimum oal of 26 in extended, what exactly is the difference between that and an SBR? Believe me I am pulling for us Gun Guys,but I can't make sense out of it.
