As a lifelong Dillon fan having started out reloading on 550 and progressing to 650 with case feeder, I have wanted to get the Eliminator beam scale built to 5-0-5 specs by Ohaus to complement Ohaus 10-10 and RCBS 5-0-5 (Also made by Ohaus).

But then production of Eliminator stopped.

Thanks to THR member, I am proud owner of Dillon Eliminator in very good shape.

Here's the Eliminator next to Troemner 0.5-50 grain check weights, BTW both made in USA.

Wanted to clean the press and started with the agate stone bearings

Here are dirty agate stone bearings and covers ready for alcohol soak/wipe down

And dirty posts

After cleaning

And clean agate stones looking sharp like new

Knife edges looked pretty good

Like Ohaus 10-10 and RCBS 5-0-5, Eliminator verified check weights from 50 grains down to 0.5 grain without issues
