I have been watching the show and must say it's a little corny with the quick draw crap all the time. I'm afraid that will get old fast and the show probably won't last more than one or two seasons.

I'm pretty good by the way judging which programs will make it and which ones won't.

I find that most of the time he walks around with his hand on his gun when it would be more appropriate for the gun to already be out of the holster.

If you are a LEO and think you are walking into a dangerous situation, the gun should already be out.

Was that a G19 this week? If so I picture him more of a 45 kind of guy or even a 357 sig.

Hes probably running low on his first choice guns what with them being confiscated pending investigations on all the shootings hes done...

Or... It could be that the 9mm with good hollow point ammo is a perfectly fine anti-personnel round.

Yes, which is why he would use the glock instead of walking around with an empty holster, making a note of where the best rocks are. ;)

Maybe he just got sick of everything being over with one shot?:neener:

The target practice game? WICKED fast reload.

It is nice to see something out there that eschews the typical "leaping through the air with two guns blazing" stuff that Hot Fuzz parodied so well.

Any show that gives Walton Goggins a paycheck is probably worth watching at least once.

The Shield was one of my favorite shows of all time, and I started watching Justified because of him (which, I'm sure, was one of the reasons they put him in the first episode...)

I must say that I got it all wrong, I figured if the show was going to focus on the white supremacist idiots it wouldn't last a full season. Nice to see them branching out while Goggins' character heals up from the sucking chest wound Raylon gave him...

I did a lot of work in eastern Kentucky, so far they are right on the money as far as the region's character and appearance and characterizations.

Who would win in a 3-way shootout between Raylon, Jack Buer, and Vic Mackey?

The gunplay at least appears to be well written. Nobody does any crazy stupid stuff with their guns that I've seen so far. Nice on preventing the Miami hitters from getting Raylon pinned between them. It really shows just how important pistol practice is.

You forgot the guy from "Human Target", Chance or Chase. He get's shot and beat up by UFC fighters and martial arts experts every week. Also a lot of Sigs. Gun companys have to be paying through the nose to get their products in. Yesterday he saved the heiress to the throne, a Princess Diana, takeoff. All in a days work I say, just keep me entertained, maybe if they gave the people on Survivor, or Big Brother, weapons, I would watch. I had a buddy years ago who owned a company AIM, Advertising in movies, we are talking in the 80's. They spend big buucks to get their products in these shows and movies.
