Revocation Process
Sheriff shall revoke license:
Failed to meet or fraudulently obtain to meet criteria in 2923.125(D)
Convicted or pled guilty to disqualifying Offense
Subject to Civil Protection Order or Temporary Protection Order
Knowingly carries handgun into prohibited place
Adjudicated mentally incompetent
Notify licensee by letter sent certified mail the reason for revocation
Licensee may come to the Sheriff's office to contest within 14 days of notice mailing.
If upheld Sheriff shall revoke and licensee must surrender immediately.

That may be the Muskingum County Sheriff's opinion but that is not what Ohio Revised Code says.
The criminal trespass charge is outlined in ORC 2923.126(C)(3)(a)

The violations that can result in license revocations are in ORC 2923.128(B)(1). You will notice that 2923.126(C)(3)(a) is not listed.

The "prohibited places" mentioned on the Sheriff's web site are probably a reference to the mandated places listed in 2923.126(B).
