the XD45 is nice, and it will eat anything except LSWC.. the Bersa 45 seems like it would be nice, and it's fully ambidextrous.. you really can't go wrong with any of the choices you have listed..
I have an HK uspc in .40, no problems of any sort so far over about 200 rounds. one ragged hole offhand if i do my part. nice trigger (double or single) good finish, good sights, i would recommend the HK.
