I think the moral of this story is never pre order anything from a company that is new during a pandemic or shortage of any item.

Heck some of the new vehicles like the new Ford Bronco or pre sold out for 2 years or something crazy. Heck people spend all that money and have never even seen one!

If my wife would agree, I’d order a Tesla Plaid right now for 2022 delivery. I’d probably charge the deposit though. (See what I did there?)

Their distributor probably "inadvertently" sold all the Call of Duty games in their own shop. Purely by accident, of course. Did he offer you a replacement for 3 times the original price?
