There certainly was better opportunity. That is indisputable. However the government of the USA was so weak in comparison to the Empire there really was no comparison.

At the end of the day,this forum is for pro-shooters and for people who tolerate and respect the rights to private ownership of firearms and the freedoms,that go with it.Now I don't dislike any antis who might be lurking on this website,providing that they are sensible and have enough factual and rational information,to back up their anti-gun arguments.
But the antis that I have encountered on here so far, are a complete joke and have given false information,on the rights to firearms,often linking private misuse with conventional crime.In the USA,it isn't as strict as the UK or in Australia,but that bumbling prat Aussieseek,tried to decieve people on this forum-so we eventually saw him or it off for now.People like Aussieseek are timewasting trolls,who don't know their arse from their elbow and do well at showing themselves up,for what they truely are-stupid.
It seems that there is one rule for them and one for the rest of us,meaning blatent double-standards-all in their views.It is the same thing on their websites too.
