Ok I want a back up for comp shooting and have 75b . primary xdm 4.5.I have wanted to do some work on this gun even before comp shooting. I figure trigger job and what else would you guys suggest for the 75

Trigger work and sights. It might take over as your "primary" depending on 'what' you are competing in.

I just started shooting stock gun at local range they also shoot IPSC .on another day so looking at that also
