olive green Remington 870P

Has anyone seen on of the 870's with the green finish which I suppose is some sort of teflon? The local shop has one coming tommorrow and are a new from Remington. It apparently has a magazine extension as well.

Haven't seen anything about it, nothing I could find on Remington's website. Sure it's not a distributor's special version? The big distributors do that sometimes.

Well, it isn't Lew Horton, as far as I can tell. They do have two special edition 870s available right now but no mention of a green one I could see. Dunno who it might be.

Wilson's asked me if I wanted the green finish on my Border Patrol, so it's available in Armor-tuff as well. I told them NO. I prefer black. I suspect any finish can come in OD if they want to offer it.

They stole my idea, I was gonna do my shottie OD with black hogue stocks. I guess I'll have to go with my second choice of hot pink.

My shop here in Mi has one. I called Remington to find out the details. The finish is the same as their camo, not a Armor tuff type coating. It's basically a 870 Express with SpeedFeed stocks, mag extenstion and green paint. Looks kinda cool, says "Tactical" on the side

I was told it is a "Shot Show" special.
