Hi, I went to the local gun show today I saw a company called Outdoor Marksman Corporation (OMC) who also have a website www.buyammo.com. THey look like a large outfit and had a very large booth at the show. What caught my eye is that they sell their own company reloaded ammunition for very low prices. I saw boxes of .308 ammo for what ends up being around 0.50 a bullet and 5.56 ammo for also very low prices. All ammo is from once fired brass and they claim the ammo is guaranteed and that they will replace any damages that resulted from shooting their ammo (LOL.. that is if I can live through it).
Does anyone think that this company is reliable and that it would be worth buying this ammo as an alternative to the more expensive and somewhat dirty military surplus ammo I see around? I really need some good cheap plinking ammo for my DPMS and Rock River AR-15 s and DPMS LR-308 gun. However, ammo prices are outragoues.
I have been hearing people mention how buying reloaded ammo at a gun show can be very dangerous. Well, these guys seem to be a reputable company, but I don't know enough about them. IF anyone can tell me about these guys and what they think of buying their company branded reloaded ammo I appreciate it. They seem to be a big outfit.
