So what are the gun laws like in Poland?

Gun laws suck my friend. We have no right to defend ourselfs with gun against BGs. In theory you have to be high risk person(but in practice even a fact that you are a high risk person will not help you with application for gun license). I'm such person, but police refuse to give me license and I'm not the only one.
If by some miracle you finally have a gun we have a caliber limit for self defense - max 9mm or .357. You can't carry loaded gun in public transport. You can have max two guns.You can shot only on the range. No home defense weapon. Guns are very expensive. Generally very bad situation here for pro-guns people. It's one of the reasons for my plan about relocation to US.

No, but Dad is a Hoosier and I used to escape from Illinois to Indiana quite a bit when I still lived in "****, it's so damned flat" Illinois. I have nothing good to say about that state, except that S. Illinois should secede from the rest, as it is the only worthwhile part of the state. I borrowed the pics of Brown County, Cataract falls, etc., since I know how nice these places are. NW Indiana should be given to N. Illinois, while we're redrawing the lines.
