I would say the P9S, but its awfully big for a 9mm, and if you plan using it as a carry gun there just isn't much leather for it.
The Springfield is an interesting choice, I'm sure a 9mm version can be "accurized' just like a 45, but I'd expect to spend a few more dollars.
