I just have a hard time visualizing a flat head pellet, with the aerodynamics of a brick getting better accuracy than the domed or pointed pellets.
Aerodynamics become a big thing over 60 mph in a car, and a gun with 500+ fps is going much faster than that so aerodynamics have got to play a large role in velocity.
Velocity doesn't matter much in terms of accuracy. Consistent flight is what gives accuracy. It doesn't matter if you have to lob it through a ten foot arc, if it does it consistently, it will be accurate.
