Fair enough. However there isn't anything that suggests any of these people are innocent. Most if not all of them have been captured on the battlefield fighting our troops. This idea that these folks are somehow innocent is an utter joke.
You don't think the fact that many have been released without charge, after years, including an 80something blind man, constitutes evidence that at least some of these people might not belong in jail?
