Created a separate thread since this is an entirely separate plan to the one in the 'ABC has declared war on us' thread.
Boycotting the sponsors is not a bad idea, but I think more can be done.
I would like fellow THR members to chime in and give their thoughts on what it would take to create a video of our own debunking their claims, and pointing out exactly how the deck was stacked against the defender in their shooting simulation.
I know it'll take computers, but I assume that the majority of us won't find that a problem.
Other things we would need:
Camera
Microphone
Recording of the 20/20 episode
A youtube or similar account
I can probably get a little interview with both a psychologist and some local LEOs, and ask them about their thoughts on that simulation. (Questions such as 'Do you believe the shooter had prior knowledge of the defender's position?' 'What do you believe the shooter's goal was in the scenario?')
I would also like to know what it would take to run a similar experiment, with a much more realistic scenario, in which the odds are much less stacked towards the gunman.
