Sounds like Biden's bid to repeal PLCAA might not be a slam dunk.
Brady Campaign suit held Glock liable. The handgun was an unmodified Glock 19 9mm. Someone pulled the magazine from a Glock, [someone else presumed the gun was empty], pulled the trigger, and shot another person.
Paul Bedard, "Glock wins (and Biden loses) in major liability suit", Washington Examiner (posted by MSN.com), 7 May 2021.
"U.S. District Court Judge Susan Brnovich upheld liability immunity granted in the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act passed in 2005 to block gun makers from a potential wave of industry-killing lawsuits."

This might stimulate a outrage driven campaign against PLCAA or might be an obstacle.
