Pocket carry help!

The setup looks fine. I usually wear Carhart or Duluth Trading work pants and they will hide anything. As others have said if you like jeans then wear and be happy.

I carry a Taurus 450 (45 Colt) in a Mika holster on occasion, and nobody has ever said anything or given me any stranger looks than normal. Chill brother!

I have to chuckle when I think about how many people think they're making some sort of "statement" by open-carrying, and others worry that someone might suspect that they're pocket-carrying.

The only time I'd be at all concerned is if some guy looked at my crotch and smiled. Today we are used to carry so much in our pockets from phones, cigarettes, wallets and who knows what else. I would not be concerned about that slight bulge in the photo's. Besdes that we CCW carriers all have or should have our CCW card in possession.

Thanks all for the replies. I am feeling more at ease with this whole fandangled concealed carry business!

When I first got my CCW a few years ago I was conscious about printing and people noticing. But after you have been doing it for a while you realize that people have no idea. They probably wouldn't even notice the bulge in your pants much less think that it's a firearm. I was dating a girl about a year ago we stopped in a small gas station and I noticed a guy in there that was open carrying who was definitely not a leo. We shot the **** for a minute then parted ways. She asked me "what we were talking about?" I said his gun. "How do you know has a gun?" She asked....

How often do you take a serious look at another feller's front pockets? Nobody is going to stare long enough to realize what you have stuffed in that pocket, or at least we hope not.

This^^^^^

That's what I really love about front pocket carry and Appendix carry - people just do not stare at you below the belt line. Seriously, it's a bulge that might catch someone's eye but they won't "look" at it long enough to go "Hey, I wonder if that could be a gun" unless it's another CCW/CCL holder and they won't say anything.

I carry a Ruger LCR and even a Beretta Px4 in a front pocket round the Farm range and back up to the house and folks never spot it. I carry a card vault in my left and a revolver in the right and the bulges balance out. No one will make it.

VooDoo

I worried the first year. Five years later, I don't evn think about it.

Funny though. I love it when it's 90+ degrees and I see a guy wearing a button shirt with the sleeves roled up, and he is sweating his rear end off. It's because he is carrying a full sized gun and needs the shirt to cover it.

Meanwhile I have my XDs IWB in a hybrid holster, and am wearing a nice and cool Underarmor shirt, that fits as it should. The only way I print is if I bend over...... and if someone sees that and realizes what it is, I couldn't care less. My permit is up to date and I'm breaking no law.

Carry on brother!
